Our most important work is done at the local level.

If we want freedom established in our state, we must work to create and protect it in each of our communities. KSHF has Community Advocates and Chapter Leaders in counties across the state. Find out what your community has to offer by clicking on your county’s page below!

  • A Community Advocate is available help the people in their local and closely surrounding areas during their personal health freedom journeys. They are available to answer questions, point to resources, and deliver KSHF communications. They seek to foster community, connection, and support between the people in their local area. Their goal is to give the people in their community opportunities to take their health and freedom into their own hands.

  • KSHF Chapter Leaders host meetings for their community members that align with the KSHF mission. They foster connection, education, and activism at the local level. Meeting topics include things such as an annual legislative training, relevant health freedom news, workshops, campaigns, and more!
