Support SB522, a Dream Bill for Medical Freedom!

Our Freedom Bill Passed in Committee! Tell the full Senate to Vote YES on SB522!

The health freedom bill of the century, SB522, passed in committee! It will now go to the Senate floor, where we need another majority yes vote. Please contact the Senators and tell them to vote YES on SB522! See below for more information.

Unfortunately, the bill was amended in committee to strike private businesses and entities. The provisions of the bill now only apply to schools and government entities. While this is disappointing and leaves gaps in restoring full medical freedoms to Kansans, the amended bill still takes massive steps forward in restoring personal liberties and is a WIN for health freedom!

THANK YOU for calling, emailing and testifying! Your advocacy is actively making a difference!

For years, Kansans have called for stronger protections for personal medical decision-making and the legislature has put us off. SB522 — The Medical Freedom Act — affirms and protects the fundamental right of individuals to make autonomous medical decisions without coercion, discrimination, or exclusion by government or schools. We will not be denied our God-given rights any longer. Now is the time to act.

Kansans are still vulnerable to medical mandates from schools and institutions that can threaten jobs, education, and personal freedom. SB522 offers the solution by protecting informed consent, preventing discrimination, restoring trust in healthcare settings, and ensuring no Kansan is excluded or punished for refusing a medical intervention. This bill will directly improve everyday life by supporting school access, strengthening parental rights, and ending government intrusion into personal medical decisions. Please vote YES on SB522.
